Imagine the typical mountain restaurant, all in wood inside and out, giving off a warm and rustic feel and featuring a Tyrolean stove in the middle. Here it is, in the centre of San Martino di Castrozza, at the foothills of the famous Pale of San Martino. Many local-style dishes such as cheese platters with products from the local dairy farm and cold cuts of Macelleria Taufer or Maso dello Speck, vegetables from our vegetable garden in Val Noana, homemade cakes with Grandma Maria’s recipes and what they call their masterpiece: a fondue with cheeses from the Primiero Dairy. All paired them with excellent Trentino wines and local beer.It’s also a nice place to enjoy a typical Italian aperitif with a Spritz or Prosecco.
